Node Radio Config acts on the selected box
Live over-the-air config — writes the node's NVS and reboots to apply, no reflash. Power is per-node and safe to change (use it to push a node onto the relay). SF / CR must match the whole network — changing them on one node only will drop it off the mesh until every node matches.
